These terms govern use of this website and financial need evaluation work commissioned from Catalog Servicehub.

Acceptance and engagement
By using this website you accept these terms. Evaluation work begins only after Catalog Servicehub and the commissioning client agree a written scope, fee, timetable and lawful basis for sharing applicant information. The engagement letter prevails if it conflicts with these website terms.
Nature of findings
Our reports provide an independent assessment of supplied financial evidence against agreed scholarship criteria. They are not legal, tax, credit or forensic advice and do not guarantee an award. The scholarship body retains responsibility for eligibility rules, procedural fairness and the final funding decision.
Client responsibilities
Clients must have authority to commission the work and disclose personal information, provide accurate and complete records, communicate relevant deadlines and avoid using a report for an unrelated purpose. Applicants should receive suitable privacy information.
Fees, changes and cancellation
Fees and payment dates appear in the accepted estimate. Additional work requires approval. Cancellation, deposits and refunds are governed by our refund policy and any engagement-specific terms.
Intellectual property
Catalog Servicehub owns its report formats, methods and original website content. Once invoices are paid, the client may use the commissioned report internally for the named scholarship decision. Applicant documents remain the property of their owners.
Confidentiality and liability
We protect confidential material and disclose it only as authorised or required by law. To the extent permitted by South African law, liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the affected work; this does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We are not liable for decisions made contrary to or beyond the stated limits of a report.
Website availability and links
We aim to keep information accurate but may update it. External image and information links are not controlled by us. Temporary interruption does not create liability.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The parties will first try to resolve a dispute in good faith before approaching a court with jurisdiction in KwaZulu-Natal.
