Scholarship Cohort Review
A calibrated financial assessment across an intake, with common evidence rules and an exception log for the panel.
Consistency without flattening circumstance
For an annual scholarship intake, a shared review standard matters. So does the ability to recognise that informal maintenance, seasonal work or multigenerational living cannot always be understood through one income field.
We begin with a calibration sample and agree how recurring income, grants, transfers, dependants and exceptional costs will be treated. Each application receives an individual review. The programme manager receives a findings schedule, missing-evidence log and short note on recurring judgement questions.
Engagement shape
The scope may include document checklist refinement, evaluator calibration, applicant queries, individual findings and a committee briefing. Academic scoring, applicant interviews and final award decisions remain with the scholarship body unless separately agreed.
Timing and fees depend on application volume, document quality, languages and the number of clarification rounds. A typical estimate separates setup, per-file review and optional committee support so costs remain legible.
